Not bad at all

Quite good use of instruments though it lacks some depth to it...
Also what version of FL did you buy (I got the XXL bundle) because if youd get directwave then i think it would help you quite alot (though im not sure ^^)
Anyway its nice and i quite like it :D

Yes you can

You can totally work on a laptop- get one with a dual core processor, an external sound card, increase the buffer as much as you need (theres no latency) so it doesnt flicker and your good to go :D
And the song is pretty good
(Also you are gonna need some good headphones :P)

Could have been better

Nice song overall but its too calm for me :P
I think there are 3 things that need to be worked out:
1. The Percussion which is so weak :S
2. The Guitar (Slayer i think?) at 2:11 doesnt sound very good (it fits there but you could have used something else)
3. Synths are too too too :D (you know what i mean)

ya i agree, i needed stronger perc. some more variation, the guitar killed the song there, i should have used a piano, and lastly i should have put more fx on the synth to make it more original. i got your drift man :)

Good

Different to hear happy DnB (yours is influenced alot by trance i guess :D).
The vocal samples should be improved (cut off the background noise) though i have same things to suggest as the first review...
First thing i noticed that the vocals sound like dark ambiance and then the song goes into
Secong thing i would like to add is you should buy some electronic drums/drumkits since these are so light. A good one is Nuclear DnB by Future Loops(i have it :D).
Overall nice song with some really minor fouls.

Kinda late review :D

I can recognize the beat from flawless immedeatly since it has that awesome punch :D One thing you could improve with it that it would have more bass so it would rock my subwoofers...
This song could go well with a EVE battle vid i think :D

Enuff said with the title since the repetition is removed in here due to the length of the song. Also i forgot to add in my full song review that i like the high pitch thingy since it kinda has an awesome western feeling to it :D 5/5 here

I sould probably pull out the full track again and work through it to see what I can do in terms of improvement, while I can't remix it altogether with the automation involved (I tend to use only one automation envelope per knob and extend it for the entire song instead of making patterns with them), I might do a half-remix

Just above average

I was quite surprised when i heard the start of this song since i didnt expect something like this from you :D
Now for the criticism:
The synths: Synths had a mediocre variety but tended to be a little too repetitive and theyre missing your awesome melodies :P so i would give 7 out of 10 to them...
The drums: Drums were nothing new, just your old breakbeat but i was suprised that you hadnt absolutely mixed them to make them interesting because they were mostly the same all the time...3 out of 10 here :S
The build-ups and other stuff: Again not your usual but still interesting though i dont find the key change full of win... but it does resemble ParagonX9s technique like what he used on HyperioxX (the pitch lowering) so that is a con... You didnt use your awesome build-ups as usually because they were replaced with 16-32 bars of repetition mostly :( so 5 out of 10 from here...
Pros and cons:
Pros:Some nice synths;
Mid- and the end-part;
The feeling :S

Cons:Very very (and i mean) very repetitive start;
Bland and repetitive drums;
Sharp noises at some point (they dont make your song cooler if they hurt my ears :D)
And lots of repetition everywhere else :(

And i dont think i have given you such a low score before so total:
5/10 and 3/5. Wont be downloading this time...

[Nightmare - PakaPaka]

Not too bad

Its not too bad for your first song and i would give it 8/10 and 4/5 if it wouldnt go off-key all the time. It makes it sound quite horrible though the synths and other stuff was good.
I think for a good start if you want to make creepy songs would be like A minor (only has g sharp so nothing complicated) and like use random flats and sharps if you want...
So i think you should watch some composing tutorials to get started and THEN try making something new...

Hmm well I've never really done anything with music before, but I don't really hear where it goes off-key.

I was going for a sort of creepy dissonance though, maybe it didn't work exactly as planned lol.

Good song anyway and i really like the quiet synth that enters at 2:08.
Also really liked the very short intro :D
The only 2 things i would suggest are a more intense drumline and that its quite of repetitive.

it's a short quick one since that's the advice I've gotten multiple times about working on demos: Get straight to the beat, use your strengths, and keep it short.

I still have more fun working on 7 minute tracks though :P
